PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eating and drinking facility for allowing a baby to pleasantly eat and drink with a play element. SOLUTION: This eating and drinking facility is provided with a rotary floor 13 arranged on a floor surface in an eating and drinking area and placed with at least an eating and drinking table 12 and a seat 11, a support device for horizontally rotatably supporting the rotary floor on the floor surface, and a driving device for horizontally rotating the rotary floor 13. The baby can eat and drink in a mood of riding on a rotary play facility such as a merry-go-round and a coffee cup of a pleasure ground, and the baby can enjoy eating and drinking while tasting a mood of playing in the pleasure ground.
