PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foil transfer product having a sharp concave and convex pattern. SOLUTION: This foil transfer product is formed by adhering foil to a surface of a raw fabric through an adhesive layer having a maximum thickness T of 0.2-7 mm, wherein the foil and a surface of the adhesive layer facing the foil are integrally patterned by concave and convex processing, and a height of convexity and concavity of the adhesive layer formed by the concave and convex processing is 0.3T to 0.9T. Further, the foil transfer product is formed by adhering the foil to the surface of the raw fabric through the adhesive layer having the maximum thickness T of 0.2-7 mm, wherein the foil, the adhesive layer, and the raw fabric are integrally patterned by the concave and convex processing. The adhesive layer contains a resin component and a powder in an amount of 5-50 wt% based on the resin component, wherein the powder does not melt at a heating temperature at which the adhesive layer is patterned.
