METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR EXTRACTING/SEPARATING OBJECTIVE SUBSTANCE BY USING SUPERCRITICAL FLUID AND IRRADIATING WITH MICROWAVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting/separating an objective substance by using a supercritical fluid and irradiating with a microwave. SOLUTION: This method for efficiently extracting/separating the objective substance by the supercritical fluid comprises a step (1) of dissolving the substance to be extracted in the supercritical fluid to perform an extracting operation and a step (2) of irradiating the supercritical fluid with the microwave so that the substance to be extracted or a matrix in which the substance to be extracted is dissolved is heated selectively, the vapor pressure of the substance to be extracted is increased and the substance to be extracted is kept in a high-density state without directly heating the supercritical fluid.
