PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooking adjusting device for an electric pressure rice cooker capable of realizing the flavor of cooked rice suited to various consumer's taste by easily adding a special process after selecting a rice cooking course comprising a series of processes, and displaying the various flavors of cooked rice obtained by the special process. SOLUTION: The rice cooking adjusting device for the electric pressure rice cooker comprises a heater for cooking rice by performing a process of heating an inner pot containing rice and water for dipping, a heating process and a steaming process; a control device for sequentially carrying out the respective processes by adjusting the operating time of the heater according to the set time inputted beforehand for each process; an operating button for selecting various flavors of cooked rice by including the special added process in a series of processes inputted beforehand to the control device; and a display part for displaying the flavor of cooked rice set by the operating button. Various flavors of cooked rice such as the soft flavor of cooked rice and the sweet flavor of cooked rice can be selected, and the degrees of hardness, sweetness and stickiness of cooked rice can be easily adjusted while making a display easy for users to understand.
