Disclosed is a system for removing air from pump, comprising: a float switch connected in a pumping space present between an inlet and an outlet of a fluid pump and switched as a level of a fluid introduced to the pumping space is raised; a buffer tank connected to the float switch and having an air valve module configured to allow air to be introduced to the float switch or block air; a vacuum unit connected to the buffer tank to provide vacuum pressure to the pumping space through the buffer tank and the float switch; and a pump control unit operating the air valve module by sensing a switching signal from the float switch, and connected to the fluid pump and the air valve module to operate the fluid pump.
