According to the present invention, disclosed are an apparatus and a method for estimating tire pressure for an agricultural machine. According to an aspect of the present invention, the apparatus for estimating tire pressure for an agricultural machine comprises: a camera photographing a tire; a storage unit storing at least one reference value; a first calculation unit calculating a first value which is an internal and external surface width of a portion that is in contact with the ground of the tire from an image having the tire and a plurality of second values which is an internal and external surface width of a plurality of other predetermined portions of the tire instead of the portion that is in contact with the ground; a second calculation unit individually calculating a plurality of width ratios of the first value and the second values; and an estimation unit estimating tire pressure by comparing the width ratios with at least one reference value. |
