The present invention relates to a store management system using a beacon system. The system includes: a member database collecting and storing interest information and member information of foreign tourists; a receiving module receiving the member information and a beacon ID of a beacon terminal from a user device recognizing a beacon signal transmitted from the beacon terminal installed in or around a store; a count module counting the number of members in or around the store in real time by using the received beacon ID; and a transmitting module transmitting the counted number of members to a store terminal of the store. According to the present invention, the system is capable of enabling a store manager to identify the number of members in or around a store in real time and provide a necessary service to the members by storing the member information of the foreign tourists, counting the number of members in or around the store by using the beacon system, and transmitting the counted number to the store terminal. Moreover, according to the present invention, the system is capable of enabling the store manager to identify a more specific customer state and make a proper solution by classifying the number of the members in or around the store depending on distance, language, and interest information, and capable of enabling the store manager to attract customers with an event, optimized depending on the customer state, by generating and providing recommended even information by using the interest information of the members around the store. |
