Provided is an emulsifier composition. More particularly, the emulsifier composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of hydrogenated lecithin: 100 parts by weight of hydrogenated lecithin; 10-100 parts by weight of alkyl acid having 14-28 carbon atoms; 10-100 parts by weight of stearyl alcohol; and 10-50 parts by weight of behenyl alcohol. An emulsifier manufactured according to the present invention has easily adjustable viscosity, and has increased emulsification stability for a long period of time.
