<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary and practical wash-free rice processing apparatus and the like capable of producing a large amount of wash-free rice and. <P>SOLUTION: The wash-free rice processing apparatus 10 is provided with a sheet-like adsorption means 400 to transfer the substance adhering to the surface of polished rice by contacting the polished rice to a predetermined direction while adsorbing, a carrying means to carry the polished rice while rubbing it to the sheet-like absorption means and a vibration means 200 to convect the polished rice within the carrying means by vibrating the polished rice in the carrying means. Bran and fine powder is repetitiously removed by the sheet-like absorption means. The carrying means has a polished rice storing part 200 and conducts the reciprocal movement to the horizontal direction or conducts the rotational movement by means of the vibration means.
