<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductively coupled plasma torch for realizing GC analysis, etc. and solution analysis by means of the same torch without detaching a capillary tube, etc. therefrom. <P>SOLUTION: An injector tube for this inductively coupled plasma torch includes an outside injector tube 11 for introducing an atomized solution specimen, etc. into inductively coupled plasma, and an inside injector tube 12 integrally and concentrically housed in the outside injector tube for introducing gaseous molecules into the coupled plasma. The inside injector tube allows a makeup gas to flow therethrough and comprises the capillary tube 4 for letting the gaseous molecules and a carrier gas flow together therethrough. The injector tube 12 is used for specimen introduction when analyzing gaseous specimens while using the injector tube 11 for specimen introduction when analyzing aerosol specimens. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
