<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents utilizing method and program capable of utilizing even contents software needing start software on the basis of the encryption double key system. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal 40 installed with the start software is used, and the user terminal 40 executes the start software externally designated to decrypt encrypted contents Enc (Kc1, C1) by using an SD card 10 and to obtain contents software C1. Then the user terminal 40 can execute the contents software C1.
