<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a keyboard device small-sized and lightweight while imparting a feeling of woodiness. <P>SOLUTION: A key structure 400 is constituted by fixing a woody part 54 made of wood to the top of a key base body 55 and further fixing a top plate body 125 to the woody part 54. The part behind a panel part 76 is a "non-face-side part R2" which is the external appearance when a musical performance is carried out and not carried out and not viewed.
