PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact system with an e-mail sending the same mail massage to arbitrary persons in the same group with an e-mail by using terminals owned by respective members of the group. SOLUTION: In the system transmitting individual e-mails in block for each group, when a member executes log-in with a mobile phone to a web page set up in a server and selects a collective transmission job, the prepared e-mail is simultaneously transmitted to all transmitting destinations. The prepared e-mail is simultaneously transmitted to selected transmitting destinations when selecting a selective transmission job. The prepared e-mail is simultaneously transmitted to designated executives when selecting an executive transmission job. Member information can be registered when selecting a registration job. And member information is changed when selecting a change job. Thus, when an e-mail text is prepared on a mobile browser of a mobile phone, an e-mail with the same contents is transmitted to a desired one or a plurality of members.
