PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which is good in low temperature fixability and is excellent in preservable property and electrostatic charge stability and obviates an offset of the toner on a paper sheet even when printing is continuously performed. SOLUTION: The toner contains a binder resin and a colorant, wherein the toner is comprised of a mixture composed of the first toner and the second toner varying in binder resins and only either of the first toner and the second toner contains a crystalline polyester resin.
