PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an alignment operation easily and efficiently in a short time during replacing an extrusion head. SOLUTION: In the extrusion head 1, a nipple part 5 is fitted, in a freely attachable/detachable manner, to a nipple mounting part 7 of an extrusion head main body 11 with a first flow path 9 for introducing a coating resin, and a die holder 31 with a die part 29 mounted, in a freely attachable/detachable manner, on a die mounting part, is fitted to the extrusion head main body 11. Thus a second flow path 37 communicating with the first flow path 9 from the nipple part 5 and the die part 29 located forward of the former, is formed. Further, an alignment ring 33 is fitted inside the extrusion head main body 11 so that the alignment ring 33 can be aligned and the outer periphery of the die holder 31 is fitted by positioning to the inner periphery of the alignment ring 33 so as to allow the fitting/removing of the die holder 31. Therefore, in the first place, the alignment ring 33 has only to be aligned once, and thereafter, the die holder 31 has only to be fitted into the alignment ring 33 during replacing the extrusion head 1. Consequently, it is not necessary to perform the alignment operation each time the extrusion head 1 is replaced. Also, the alignment fixture of the extrusion head 1 is provided.
