PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bump stopper for suppressing noises. SOLUTION: The bump stopper 10 comprises an insertion hole through which a piston rod 51 is inserted, a fitted portion 11 as at least part of the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole, to be slidably fitted into the outer peripheral surface of the piston rod 51, a front end portion 14 as a collision portion to be subjected to the collision of an outer cylinder 52 of a shock absorber 50, and a flexibly deformable lip 12 protruded on the side of a bump stopper receiving member 61.
