PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance ride comfort in sitting in a vehicle and enhance the controllability and stability of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A suspension device 3 of the vehicle 1 is equipped with suspension arms 9 pivoted on the vehicle body 2 swingably up and down and supporting wheels 4 and 5 at their swinging ends. A damper 20 is provided, with its one end pivoted on the vehicle body 2 and the other end pivoted on the suspension arms 9. The swinging end of each suspension arm 9 is restricted by the damper 20 for its making a relative displacement in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 1 with respect to the vehicle body 2.
