PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane side electrode for inhibiting a degradation in a bond to a conductive polymer membrane and sufficiently promoting a performance of a polymer actuator. SOLUTION: An elastic section (30a) is provided on the membrane side electrode (30) bonded to the conductive polymer membrane (20), and expands, contracts and is deformed in the same direction as the deformation direction of the conductive polymer membrane (20).
