PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual sensor to which water drops are hardly stuck by further improving a conventional visual sensor. SOLUTION: An optical member 11 consists of a solid and translucent material having an incident surface 16a on which peripheral light L is made incident. A reflection member 15 is formed integrally with the optical member 11 to reflect the peripheral light L. An image pickup means 13 picks up an image of the peripheral light L reflected by the reflection member 15. A transparent film 18 for preventing adhesion of water drops to the incident surface 16a is formed. The optical member 11 has a recessed part 16b.
