PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which can realize heat dissipation in a heat generator and a heat generating section via a unit body and does not always need any area for a printed wiring board, and wherein the degree of freedom in the shape of the unit body or the arrangement of the electronic part is hardly failed. SOLUTION: A heat generator 11 and a thermal conductor 12 mounted respectively to a printed wiring board 2 are thermally joined with each other by means of a conductive pattern 4a formed on the printed wiring board 2, and the thermal conductor 12 is arranged close to the inside of the unit body 3. Since the heat generator 11 and the unit body 3 are thermally joined with each other by means of the thermal conductor 12, heat dissipation from the heat generator 11 can be realized through the unit body 3. In addition, any part is unnecessary to be added, or no region for heat dissipation is needed for the conductive pattern 4a, so that any area for the printed wiring board 2 is unnecessary to be ensured. Furthermore, an electronic part to be used as the thermal conductor 12 can be selected almost optionally, so that freedom in the shape of the unit body 3 or the arrangement of an electronic part is hardly restricted.
