PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent crosstalks among wirings, by making a flexible wiring board small in width and thickness in the flexible wiring board for transmission of differential signals. SOLUTION: When wiring is arranged on an insulating film 2, a ground line 6 is placed between a differential data line 5 for transmission of differential data signals and a differential clock line 7 for transmission of differential clock signals.
