PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation which comprises both of ursolic acid and/or a derivative thereof and extracts from plants of the family of Guttiferae and exhibits stability with time, particularly stability against temperature fluctuation within a low temperature range. SOLUTION: The skin care preparation comprises (1) extracts from plants of the family of Guttiferae and (2) ursolic acid and/or the derivative thereof, and is in a form of an emulsion constituted of at least two kinds of oil droplets, where at least one of the at least two kinds of oil droplets contains ursolic acid and/or the derivative thereof, and at least one of the at least two kinds of oil droplets does not contain ursolic acid and/or the derivative thereof. Preferably, the plant of the family of Guttiferae is Hypericum erectum Thuna. The derivative of ursolic acid is preferably an ester of ursolic acid, particularly preferably a benzyl ester.
