PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a thermogelling aqueous enema composition containing a hardly soluble pharmaceutical which contains neither surfactants nor polybasic organic acids, and to provide a composition which prevents chemicals from leaking from an anus in the case of rectum administration. SOLUTION: The reversibly thermogelling aqueously suspended pharmaceutical composition comprises the hardly soluble pharmaceutical, a crystalline cellulose-carmellose sodium, methyl cellulose and an amino acid.
