PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking locking device capable of being easily installed even at a place having no power while being capable of corresponding to different car heights. SOLUTION: The parking locking device 1 has a lifting-lowering plate 5 lowered by the weight of an automobile, a main driving line moving a fluid pressure by the lowering of the lifting-lowering plate 5 and a lift 10 capable of being lifted and lowered by the movement of the fluid pressure. In the lift 10, connecting levers 11 are connected and arranged outside both-side wall sections 32 of a machine frame 3 while a derrickable security bar 12 and a link member 14 are mounted. A riding-across preventive plate 13 rotatable to the security bar 12 is arranged at the front end of the security car 12, and the body base of the automobile is pushed by the riding-across preventive plate 13 under the derricking state of the lift 10.
