PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame plate holder for a form of base concrete, easy in installation, and reducing cost, without using an excessive part, in the frame plate holder for holding a frame plate for the form for simultaneously preparing the base concrete of a house and an underfloor concrete layer. SOLUTION: This frame plate holder has a separation holder 2 screw-fastened to a vertical reinforcement 15 of a rising reinforcement 14 embedded in the base concrete so as to be vertically movable, and a separator 1 installed in the separation holder 2 by screw-fastening. The separator 1 forms recessed grooves 3 and 3 fitted with the frame plate lower end in both side parts, and can be cut off by arranging cutouts 17 and 17 in a recessed groove bottom position in tip side pieces 4 and 4.
