The transmission device transmits power and motion between a rod (1) attached to a pivot bearing (4), which is fixed by a bearing inner ring (6) on a bolt (5). There is a clearance between the bearing inner ring and bolt, and the bolt has a groove (7) round it, in which a spring ring (8) can be fitted to form a power connection between the bearing inner ring and the bolt.
