A method for manufacturing a plate heat exchanger consists in punching plates, in each of which at least one projection in the form of a hollow truncated cone is formed, cleaning the surfaces of the plates, forming a plate assembly by consecutively mounting the projection of one plate into an opening in an adjacent plate with a specified gap between the adjacent surfaces of the plates and with the formation of a channel for the passage of a heat carrier. Furthermore, a soldering compound solution on the basis of copper hydrocarbonate and nickel salts is prepared, into which the plate assembly is embedded, after which the applied soldering compound solution is dried. Subsequently, the plate assembly is placed into a high-temperature continuous furnace, in which a protective medium containing free hydrogen is produced, and, along the passage of movement of the plate assembly, two temperature zones are formed, in the first of which the plate assembly is annealed and, in the second zone, soldering and covering of the plate assembly with an alloy on the basis of copper are carried out. The method being patented makes it possible to manufacture a high-quality plate heat exchanger which is characterized by corrosion resistance and impermeability of the soldered joints, this ensuring a lengthy service life. |
