<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation image of a specimen by detecting a breathing phase of the specimen with a stable precision while suppressing an exposure dose of the specimen and by synchronizing with a desired breathing phase. <P>SOLUTION: An optical image acquiring part 110 continuously photographs the specimen 104 whose contour varies by breathing and acquires the optical image of the specimen 104 one after another, and at the same time, a breathing phase detection part 120 detects the breathing phase of the specimen 104 based on the contour of the specimen 104 in the optical image. A radiation source 106 is controlled by a controlling part 130 so that the specimen 104 is irradiated by the radiation when the breathing phase detected by the breathing detection part 120 coincides with the desired breathing phase while photographing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
