METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CLASSIFYING FLESH COLOR AREA, DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CHANGING SURFACE REFLECTION COMPONENT, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a part with a large surface reflection component in flesh color by recognizing the part with the large surface reflection component in the flesh color in any image.

SOLUTION: A flesh color pixel in the image S0 is analyzed by main component in an RGB color space, so as to obtain a first major component vector. Then the approximate function of a flesh color pixel distribution is obtained. The flesh color pixel is classified into a high luminance pixel and the pixel other than it with the intersection of the first major component vector with the approximate function (the one with the highest luminance) as a branch point. The high luminance pixel is analyzed by major component so as to obtain a high luminance pixel first major component vector. Then the pixel value of the high luminance pixel is converted so as to meet the direction of the vector.
