<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrally-formed power outlet box compatible with multimedia that can prevent an electromagnetic wave from weak current electric wires, outward leakage or entry-from-outside of radiation and the like, and electromagnetic induction between each of the weak current electric wires. <P>SOLUTION: This integrally-formed power outlet box 10 compatible with multimedia is provided with a separation wall 16 between a wall socket arranged area 12 for strong current electric wires and a connection portion arranged area 14 for multimedia including phone lines, Internet connection portions, LAN connection portions. In this power outlet box, an insulated shielding sheet 18, which is formed as a sandwich structure by superposing insulator layers 18c, 18c on both surfaces of a compound metal sheet layer that is made by stacking a first metal shielding layer 18a and a second metal shielding layer 18b and grounded, is added to the separation wall 16.
