<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray sterilizing apparatus capable of uniformly sterilizing a packaging material with an arbitrary shape containing a plastic container and a paper container, or a paper cup and a plastic cup, and an electrostatic spray sterilizing method. <P>SOLUTION: The spray sterilizing apparatus is equipped with a spraying member for spraying a mist of sterilizing agent such as a hydrogen peroxide water solution, an electrode core provided near this spraying member and electrostatically charging the mist of sterilizing agent, and a grounding electrode plate provided below the packaging material. As the electric field between the electrode core and the grounding electrode plate exists, the electrostatically charged mist of sterilizing agent is uniformly stuck on the packaging material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
