Embodiments of the present invention relate to a source driver circuit device and a display device including the same. The source driver circuit device comprising a resister, a digital-analog conversion unit, and an output buffer includes a power detection unit which compares a logic voltage with a reference voltage to switch the output buffer. In the embodiments of the present invention, provided is the display device including the same. The source driver circuit device can protect the display panel by not applying a data signal to a data line when the abnormality of logic voltage occurs. |
