<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform jointing work of wire harness efficiently and steadily with a small space. <P>SOLUTION: A swaging machine 7 for jointing electric wires is arranged at a wiring board 2 for forming wire harness by wiring the electric wires. The swaging machine 7 is hung on the wiring board by a balancer 6 and the balancer is made capable of free movement by rails 4, 5. The swaging machine 7' is split into a drive unit 51 and a processing head 52, and the drive unit and the processing head are connected by a flexible cable 53, and the processing head is arranged on the wiring board 2.
