<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a half mirror in accurately position and posture in a manufacturing process without increasing manufacturing costs in an optical disk device. <P>SOLUTION: A half mirror temporary fixing part 28 for pressing a half mirror 13 toward a base member 11 to temporarily fixing it elastically is formed by cutting up a part of an light source heat radiation member 20. When the half mirror 13 is incorporated in the base member 11 to be bonded, the light source heat radiation member 20 is incorporated into the base member 11, whereby the half mirror 13 is pressed by the half mirror temporary fixing part 28 to be temporarily fixed. Thus, the half mirror 13 is bonded to the base member 11 in accurate position and posture while a temporary fixing member for temporarily fixing the half mirror 13 is made unnecessary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
