<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive apparatus of a piezoelectric actuator for driving on a object driven at a predetermined speed even though the characteristics of the piezoelectric actuator may fluctuate, facilitating the control and reducing the cost. <P>SOLUTION: The drive apparatus of the piezoelectric actuator is provided with a frequency control means 51 for making the frequency of a drive signal applied to a piezoelectric element swept, in a predetermined range. The frequency control means 51 is provided with a sweep direction control section 61 for controlling the sweep direction of the frequency of the drive signal, a sweep speed control section 63 for controlling the sweeping speed, and a resolution control section 62 for controlling the frequency resolution. The drive speed of the piezoelectric actuator can be controlled easily, by appropriately controlling the sweep direction, the sweep speed and the frequency resolution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
