<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the function of a surveillance camera and prevent the feeling of tiredness from being imparted to an operator by minimizing the disturbance of an image on a monitor when the image from the surveillance camera is displayed on the monitor. <P>SOLUTION: A camera 9 mounted on a counterweight 7 is formed in one with an image deflection correction mechanism. When the image on the monitor 8 is not disturbed when the camera 9 is vibrated by means of the image deflection correction mechanism, the monitor displays the image of the camera 9 in an animation state. If such large vibration that the camera 9 with a vibration detection circuit 44 cannot correct deflection by the image deflection correction mechanism, the monitor 8 displays the the image of the camera in a static image state only when the large vibration continues. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
