<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition reduced in musty smell, a method for reducing musty smell, or a seasoning. <P>SOLUTION: In the composition reduced in musty smell or the method for reducing musty smell for a composition having musty smell, the content of the dimethoxybenzene and that of the trimethoxybenzene are regulated so that a total value of the content of the dimethoxymethylbenzene and that of the trimethoxy methylbenzene becomes ≤1/3 of a total value of the content of the dimethoxybenzene and that of the trimethoxybenzene, in the composition containing dimethoxymethylbenzene and trimetoxy methylbenzene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
