The present invention relates to a novel synthesis method for Ticagrelor, represented by chemical formula 1, (1S,2S,3R,5S)-3-[7-[(1R,2S)-2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)cyclopropylamino]-5-(propylthio)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-3-yl]-5-(2-hydroxyethoxy)cyclopentane-1,2-diol, and novel intermediates for use in the novel synthesis method. According to the present invention, Ticagrelor can be easily synthesized from the novel intermediates.
