<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic powder-containing resin composition having excellent shelf life stability, a transfer film having a layer composed of the resin composition, and a method for producing a member for PDPs wherein the transfer film is used. <P>SOLUTION: The inorganic powder-containing resin composition is characterized by containing (A) an inorganic powder, (B) a polymer having a constitutional unit represented by formula (1), (C) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (D) a photopolymerization initiator.
