<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of being easily peeled from a molded product, having long life and excellent in handleability, a molding method using the mold, the molded product manufactured using the molding method, a transmission type screen and a rear type projector. <P>SOLUTION: The mold 1 has a first layer 2 constituted of a first silicone resin and having a plurality of recessed parts formed to its one side and the second layer 3 arranged on the other surface side of the first layer 2 and constituted of a second silicone resin having a molecular weight not higher than that of the first layer. The weight average molecular weight of the first silicone resin is 600,000 or above and the thickness of the first layer 2 is 0.5-5.0 mm.
