PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial complex speaker which improves reproduction frequency property, and also to improve connection of sounds of a woofer and a tweeter. SOLUTION: In the coaxial complex speaker in which the tweeter T1 is arranged on a center pole 2 which forms a magnetic circuit for the woofer W using the support component 20 of a cylinder shape with a bottom, while a cavity B is formed with a necessary capacity in the support component 20, a tightly closed space A of a rear face of a vibration cone 6 of the tweeter T1 mounted on the support component 20 and the cavity B are mutually passed through via a pass through part 21, and the coaxial complex speaker S1 with the cavity B as a back cavity of the tweeter T1 is composed.
