PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve voltage relations at the time of real operation in an integrated circuit including a power supply circuit for generating two or more power supply potential values on the basis of the supply voltage supplied from the outside. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit is provided with a first booster circuit 10 for boosting the supply voltage, and for generating set-up voltage; a first amplifier 20 for generating a first potential value based on a reference potential value, and for outputting it as a power supply potential value; a voltage divider circuit 30 for dividing the first potential value, and for generating two or more potential values including a second potential value; a second amplifier 42 for outputting the second potential value as a buffer generated by the voltage divider circuit; amplifiers 41 and 43 for outputting a potential value as a power supply potential value by buffering a predetermined numbers of potential values other than the second potential value; and a second booster circuit 50 for generating supply voltage higher than the boosting voltage generated by the first boosting circuit by performing the boosting operation, based on the first potential value and the second potential value.
