PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off switch having a perfect water cut-off effect. SOLUTION: This water cut-off switch is provided with: a pipe-like hollow extension part; a housing part having drain holes on both sides; an interlocking member; a water cut-off member; a pressing member; and a switch part formed integrally with the pressing member. The water cut-off switch is characterized by that the housing part for housing the pressing member and the switch part is formed in an upper part of the extension part; an outer ring and an inner ring are formed at a connection part between the housing part and the extension part; the interlocking member is a hollow pipe vertically movably mounted on the extension part; an ring-like groove is formed outside its intermediate part; the water cut-off member includes a water cut-off ring installed in the housing part and having an inner edge part gearing with the ring-like groove and an outer edge part, and a close contact ring for fixing the outer edge part between the inner ring and the outer ring in the housing part; the integrated switch part is mounted in the upper part of the pressing member; the pressing part continuously contacting the interlocking member is formed in a lower part thereof; and the water cut-off ring is stably housed in the housing part by pressing the inner edge part of the water cut-off ring against the ring-like groove by the pressing part.
