PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize time for opening a network port to which contents are disclosed and to reduce required hardware resources. SOLUTION: An HTTP server 1010 has a content disclosure processing part which discloses the contents, a content management part which registers/changes/deletes the contents and a network management part which specifies a port number to be disclosed to the contents and to make the port usable when there are the contents to be disclosed.
