PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uncooked food placement means which cooks different kinds of foods or meat to an appropriate doneness based on a simple structure. SOLUTION: The uncooked food placement means 1, used when the uncooked foods such as meat, vegetables or sea food are placed on it and are heated by a heat source 2 from below, has a region which is used to place the uncooked foods and is divided into at least two sections and includes a grid part as a first heating region 11 and a plate part as a second heating region 12.
