[PROBLEMS] To provide a dynamic pressure bearing device enabling a smaller-sized housing to be manufacturable at low cost and capable of developing a specified bearing performance by suppressing the dilution of ions from a resin portion to keep the cleanliness of the device. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This dynamic pressure bearing device (1) comprises a bearing sleeve (8) fixed to the inner periphery of the housing (7) and a rotating member rotating relative to the bearing sleeve (8) and the housing (7). The rotating member is supported in the radial and thrust directions in the state of non-contact by the dynamic pressure action of a lubricating fluid produced in the clearance of a bearing. The housing (7) is injection-molded of a resin composition using polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) as a base resin and PAN-based carbon fiber as a filler.
