<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording method by which a visible image having excellent contrast can be recorded by using a laser beam to an optical disk provided with an image recording layer on a label surface. <P>SOLUTION: The image recording method to the optical disk provided with the image recording layer in which the visible image is recorded on the label surface by irradiation with the laser beam is characterized in that the image recording layer has a guide groove for tracking in an image recording region, tracking is performed on both groove and land of the guide groove, and recording is performed on the groove and the land. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
