<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a fermentation prepared liquid of rice bran or the like in which synthetic effects on suppression of cancer, improvement of hepatitis, nutritional fortification, treatment, etc., of skin diseases can be expected. <P>SOLUTION: Well water, rice bran, a salt, borneol, ethyl alcohol, sake lees and malted rice are put in a prescribed ratio into an open type tank 1 in which a part of tank is opened and these components are agitated and impurities floating on the liquid level are removed and the mixture after removing impurities is stored for a prescribed period to produce a fermentation stock solution of rice bran, etc. The fermentation stock solution of rice bran, etc., is heated and filtered and the filtrate is mixed with a raw material and well water in a prescribed ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
