<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a plurality of print conditions that a user desires in an environment wherein a plurality of image forming apparatuses are available, and also to easily set a plurality of read conditions that the user desires, in an environment wherein a plurality of image readers are available. <P>SOLUTION: A setting picture that a PC displays is provided with a choice columns 51 to 57 corresponding to a plurality of setting items (form kind, form size, print quality, and color) regarding a printer. In each choice column, the user can select one of a plurality of choices as a set value, and set values which can be set for one of the plurality of printers are displayed together as a plurality of choices for all of the plurality of printers.
