PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing apparatus with an RFID writing function which has a function for preventing an incomplete RFID tag from flowing out and a function for preventing an incomplete RFID tag from using, a printing controlling system, and a printing controlling program.

SOLUTION: At the time of a failure in printing on the surface of a recording medium or writing in an RFID tag, a special treatment is applied and a record of the failure is registered in a database.
